Price and booking
How much does it cost?
£200 per day, including delivery, setup and collection.
Festive offer: £20 off your first booking until 31st December. One per customer.
Longer hires may be priced differently, and prices can change, so we’ll always confirm your total in your quote.

How do I book?
- Send an enquiry with your wall, date and venue.
- We’ll confirm availability, timings and your quote.
- Pay the £50 deposit to secure your date.
- Pay the rest by bank transfer or card on the day, when we arrive.
Sending an enquiry doesn’t reserve your date.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, £50. It secures your date and is non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel?
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your delivery. The £50 deposit is non-refundable.
Delivery and setup
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in London. We deliver, set up and collect. Share your venue postcode when you enquire.
Can you set up on weekdays?
Yes.
- Morning or afternoon events: we set up the day before, if your venue allows.
- Evening events: we set up from 6pm, depending on where your venue is.
Share your event times when you enquire and we’ll confirm.
How long can I hire a wall for?
As long as you need, subject to availability. That can be one day or several.
Tell us your event dates and when your venue lets us in.
What should I check with my venue?
- There’s enough space for the wall (2.4m × 2.4m)
- When we can set up
- When everything must be removed
- Parking, loading, stairs or lifts
Let us know any of these when you enquire so we can plan delivery.
The walls
How big are the walls?
2.4m wide and 2.4m tall (about 7ft 10in each way). Halo and Blossom are the same size.
Are the flowers real?
No, they’re faux silk flowers. They look full and fresh at every event.
Can the walls be used outdoors?
Yes. Each wall comes on a heavy-duty stand. Tell us your event is outside when you enquire.

Enquire1. Booking and payment
- Sending an enquiry doesn’t reserve your date.
- Your booking is confirmed once we’ve confirmed it by email and received your £50 deposit.
- The £50 deposit is non-refundable. It’s taken off your total.
- You pay the rest of your hire fee on the day, when we arrive.
- We accept bank transfer or card. We don’t accept cash.
- Hire is £200 per day, including delivery, setup, take-down and collection in London.
- Festive offer: £20 off your first booking until 31st December 2026. One per customer. We may decline the offer if you’ve booked with us before.
2. Changes and cancellations
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before delivery, you lose your £50 deposit.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before delivery, you lose your deposit and the rest of the hire fee is still payable.
- To change your date, tell us as soon as you can. We’ll move your booking if the new date is free.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we’ll tell you as soon as possible and refund your deposit in full.
3. Delivery, setup and collection
- You’re responsible for getting your venue’s permission to use the wall.
- Please make sure we can get in at the agreed times, with somewhere to park or unload nearby. Tell us about stairs or lifts when you book.
- If your venue charges for parking, we’ll include it in your quote.
4. Looking after the wall
The wall and stand remain El Roi’s property. From setup until collection, they’re in your care. You’re welcome to decorate around the wall or add a sign, as long as nothing gets damaged. Please:
- Ask us before moving the wall or attaching anything to it. We’ll confirm what’s possible by email.
- Don’t remove flowers from the panels.
- Keep candles and open flames away from the wall.
- Take care with drinks, food and confetti near the wall.
- Keep children supervised near the wall.
The wall can be used outdoors, but it must be kept indoors in bad weather, such as heavy rain, snow or very strong wind.
5. Damage and charges
We photograph the wall at setup and at collection.

If there’s a charge, we’ll email you photos and an itemised bill within 3 days of collection. Payment is due within 14 days.
6. Collection
- The wall must be ready for us to collect at the agreed time and place.
- If you’d like to keep the wall for longer, ask us. We can extend your hire if the wall is free.
- If the wall isn’t returned within 7 days of the agreed collection date, we’ll charge £200, plus any further cost to replace it, and may take legal action to recover it or its cost.
7. Safety
- We set up the wall securely. Please don’t let anyone climb on it, lean on it or pull it.
- We’re not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse of the wall or by not following these policies.
8. Photos
- We may take photos of our setup to share our work. If you’d rather we didn’t, just let us know.
- We won’t share photos of you or your guests without your permission.
